Product description

Auditon is a combination of active substances such as ginkgo biloba extract, buckwheat seed extract, vitamins B12, B6, B2, B1, melatonin and magnesium. Melatonin helps to relieve the subjective feeling of Sudden Time Zone Syndrome (the effect occurs when you consume 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at your destination) and it helps to shorten the time needed to fall asleep (beneficial effects occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed). Magnesium and B vitamins contained in the dietary supplement contribute to the reduction of tiredness and weariness.

Recommended intake

Take 1 tablet with a sufficient amount of water. Take in the evening, before going to bed.
