CLOTRIMAZOLUM 1% CREAM

Clotrimazolum Hasco is a cream for use on the skin. The preparation contains the active substance clotrimazole with local antifungal activity. The preparation inhibits the growth of most fungi that cause skin infections in humans.

Dosage

Usually the preparation is used 2 to 3 times a day. You should apply a thin layer of the preparation on the affected areas and rub it gently into them. After the acute symptoms of the disease have subsided, the preparation should be used for at least a month.

Composition

1 g of cream contains:
active ingredient: 10 mg of clotrimazole
excipients: sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, glycerol monostearate self-emulsifying, cetostearyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, propylene glycol, purified water.

Action

Antifungal activity.

- Fungal skin infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, molds and other fungi species: tinea pedis, tinea pedis, tinea pedis, inguinal tinea, tinea versicolor.
- Candidiasis of the skin and mucous membranes of the external genitalia (Candida vulvitis and balanitis).

Side effects

- Like all medicines, Clotrimazol HASCO can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
- Clotrimazole applied to the skin is well tolerated. Rarely, skin reactions may occur (erythema, redness, burning skin, hives, spots, peeling of the epidermis, irritation).
- In addition, systemic allergic reactions, pain, and itching and rash may occur.
- Preparation -induced adverse skin changes are transient and usually disappear after preparation discontinuation.
