Hops extract contains bioflavonoids that help you fall asleep and sleep naturally. Lemon balm extract has a relaxing effect, which makes it easier to fall asleep. Lavender extract reduces stress. Recommended intake:

adults 1 capsule about 1 hour before bedtime. Full toning effect appears after 2-3 weeks of use.
