White mulberry leaves support carbohydrate metabolism by reducing the absorption of sugars after meals. White mulberry leaves (Morus alba) contain substances that inhibit the enzymes responsible for breaking down intestinal carbohydrates digestible to simple sugars in the intestines (e.g. glucose starch). As a result, some carbohydrates remain undigested and are excreted. This helps maintain normal carbohydrate metabolism.

Chromium has a positive effect on the metabolism of carbohydrates (e.g. starch and sucrose) - consumed with food. It is a key element of GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor), a factor that increases the uptake of glucose from blood by cells and its burning.
