Maxi Silicon with the 3MAX CARE complex contains a combination of biotin, silica and pantothenic acid with extracts of horsetail and nettle herb. Biotin, zinc, selenium and silicon help maintain healthy hair. Field horsetail improves skin condition. Nettle helps get rid of dandruff. Copper helps maintain proper hair pigmentation. In addition, iodine helps keep skin healthy. One Maxi Silicon capsule contains over 45mg of silica derived from plant extracts. Additionally, the dietary supplement contains vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B12, E and folic acid.
