In edema of the nasal mucosa occurring in acute rhinitis, vasculitis, vasculitis, allergic rhinitis, paranasal sinusitis, Eustachianitis, otitis media.

1 ml of solution contains: the active substance: 0.5 mg of oxymetazoline hydrochloride (1 dose of 45 microliter spray contains 22.5 micrograms of oxymetazoline hydrochloride) and excipients: citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, glycerol 85%, purified water.

It reduces the swelling of the inflamed mucosa and inhibits excessive secretion, constricts the nasal mucosa, leads to the opening and expansion of the paranasal sinus drainage ducts and the opening of the Eustachian tube.

Adults and children over 6 years of age: 1 spray in each nostril 2 to 3 times a day. The drug should not be used for more than 5 to 7 days. Before the first use, press the pump down several times to get the full dose.

Dry rhinitis, hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. In the following cases, the preparation should only be used after careful consideration of the benefit-risk balance: treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO inhibitors) and other drugs that may increase blood pressure, increased intraocular pressure, especially in angle-closure glaucoma, severe heart diseases and blood vessels, phaeochromocytoma, metabolic disorder (e.g. hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus.
