Product description

Valerin sen is a dietary supplement, the ingredients of which help to relax and calm the body, thus making it easier to fall asleep and improving the quality of sleep necessary for regeneration and proper functioning of the body. Lemon balm herb extract helps maintain a positive mood, helps you relax and helps you fall asleep. Hops extract has a soothing effect and contributes to a restful sleep. Crocus extract contributes to emotional balance and helps maintain a positive mood. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining proper psychological functions. L-theanine, L-tryptophan and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are compounds belonging to the group of amino acids.

Application

Supplementing the diet with ingredients that help with difficulty falling asleep and in states of nervous tension and anxiety.

Recommended intake

Adults 1-2 tablets approximately 1 hour before bedtime. Drink with water.

Magnesium carbonate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), L-theanine, lemon balm herb extract, hop cone extract, L-tryptophan, gamma-aminobutyric acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids (glazing agent), crocus extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (galvanizing agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (dye), hydroxypropylcellulose (galvanizing agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride, indigo carmine (dye), PN black (dye), beeswax and Carnauba wax (glazing agents).

1 tablet contains: lemon balm herb extract 50 mg, hop cone extract 50 mg, L-theanine 60 mg, L-tryptophan 50 mg, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 25 mg, crocus extract (saffron) 10 mg, vitamin B6 0.7 mg ( 50%) *, magnesium 56 mg (15%) *.
