The preparation is used in acute or chronic diarrhea in the course of bacterial infections of the gastrointestinal tract.Features:
Nifuroxazide has antibacterial activity against most bacteria that cause intestinal infection. The preparation acts on gram-positive granulomas of the genus Staphylococcus and Streptococcus and gram-negative microorganisms. It does not affect bacteria of the genus Proteus, Pseudomonas, Providentia. Does not disturb the normal microbiological balance of the digestive tract.The preparation works quickly, only in the intestinal lumen, is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, does not exert a general effect. is quickly excreted from the body.
How to use:
The preparation is used orally.Adults: 800 mg daily in 2-4 divided doses.
Children over 6 years: 600-800 mg daily in 2-4 divided doses.
