Affida Max Express is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic preparation for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain of various origins (headache, toothache, painful menstruation), including colds and fever.

1 soft capsule contains 400 mg of ibuprofen;

excipients: polyethylene glycol, potassium hydroxide, purified water;

capsule composition: gelatin, sorbitol (E 420), purified water, soy lecithin, triglycerides.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the components of the preparation.

Hypersensitivity reactions (for example, bronchial asthma, rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria) that have been observed previously after the use of ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.

Peptic ulcer / active bleeding or history of recurrence (two or more pronounced episodes of peptic ulcer or bleeding).

Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with taking NSAIDs in history.

Severe hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment, heart failure (NYHA class IV).

Last trimester of pregnancy.

Inside adults and children over 12 years of age weighing> 40 kg. For short term use only.

Capsules should be taken mainly during or after meals, without chewing, drinking water.

A single dose for children over the age of 12 years with a body weight> 40 kg and adults is 1 capsule (400 mg ibuprofen). If necessary, you can use 1 capsule every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 1200 mg (3 capsules per day). Use the lowest effective dose needed to treat symptoms for a short period of time.

In elderly patients, there is an increased incidence of adverse reactions to NSAIDs, especially gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, which can be fatal.

Impact on the respiratory system. In patients suffering from bronchial asthma or allergic diseases, or have a history of these diseases, bronchospasm may occur.

NSAIDs should not be taken during the first two trimesters of pregnancy unless, in the judgment of the physician, the potential benefit to the patient outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. If ibuprofen is used by a woman who is trying to conceive, or during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, the lowest possible dose should be used for a short period of time.

Ibuprofen is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Do not prescribe to children under the age of 12 years and weighing <40 kg.

When used in accordance with the recommended doses and duration of treatment, the preparation does not affect the reaction rate when driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms.

Most patients who received clinically significant amounts of NSAIDs developed only nausea, vomiting, pain in the epigastric region, and very rarely diarrhea. Tinnitus, headache, and gastrointestinal bleeding may also occur. With more severe poisoning, toxic lesions of the central nervous system are possible, which manifest as vertigo, drowsiness, and sometimes an excited state and disorientation or coma. Sometimes patients experience seizures.

Mental disorders: psychotic reactions, depression.

From the nervous system: headache, dizziness, insomnia, anxiety, irritability or fatigue.

On the part of the organ of vision: blurred vision.

On the part of the organs of hearing and balance: ringing in the ears, hearing loss.

From the cardiovascular system: palpitations, heart failure and myocardial infarction.

From the vascular system: arterial hypertension, vasculitis, edema.
