Airtal  cream is used to treat all types of local pain and inflammation as a result of any damage to the musculoskeletal system, including sports injuries.

Active substance: aceclofenac;

1 g of cream contains 15 mg of aceclofenac;

Excipients: emulsified wax, liquid paraffin, methylparaben (E 218), propylparaben (E 216), purified water.

Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac or any of the excipients.

A history of hypersensitivity to other NSAIDs (NSAIDs). Although possible cross-hypersensitivity with diclofenac has not been confirmed, this drug is not recommended in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac.

Aceclofenac, by analogy with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is contraindicated in patients in whom acetylsalicylic acid or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs cause asthmatic attacks, urticarial rash or acute rhinitis.

This medication is for external use only and should be applied under tight dressings. After applying the cream, wash your hands, unless the hands are the site of the cream application. The cream should not come into contact with the eyes or mouth. The cream should only be applied to intact skin.

In some cases, mild to moderate local irritation is described, accompanied by skin flushing and itching, which disappear after stopping treatment.

Despite the fact that so far no data has been received on possible interactions of aceclofenac with other drugs, care must be taken when prescribing the drug to a patient, taking other drugs, especially those containing lithium, digoxin, or in the case of concomitant anticoagulant therapy , diuretics or pain relievers.
