Product description
Powder for oral suspension Airtal is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, as well as other diseases of the musculoskeletal system accompanied by pain (for example, periarthritis of the shoulder or extra-articular rheumatism).
Compound
Active substance: aceclofenac;
1 packet of powder for oral suspension contains aceclofenac 100 mg;
Excipients: sorbitol (E 420), sodium saccharin, aspartame (E 951), colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), milk flavor, caramel flavor, cream flavor.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations (NSAIDs) or to any auxiliary component of the preparation;
- asthma attacks, acute rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria caused by taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;
- a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcer perforation associated with previous NSAID therapy;
- ulcer or bleeding, including a history (two or more separate proven episodes of ulcer or bleeding);
- acute bleeding or bleeding disorders (hemophilia or bleeding disorders);
- congestive heart failure (NYHA functional class II-IV) ischemic heart disease, including angina pectoris or previous myocardial infarction; peripheral arterial disease;
- cerebrovascular disorders or diseases; history of stroke or episodes of transient ischemic attacks;
- coronary artery bypass grafting (to relieve preoperative pain) or the use of a heart-lung machine);
- severe liver failure;
- severe renal failure.
Mode of application
Airtal®, powder for oral suspension for internal use. Dissolve the contents of the package in 40-60 ml of water and take immediately.
Simultaneous food intake slows down the rate of absorption of the active substance, but does not reduce the degree of absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.

Overdose
There is no evidence of an overdose of aceclofenac in humans.
Side effects
General disorders and local reactions: edema, fatigue, muscle cramps (in the legs).
Interaction
The simultaneous use of two or more NSAIDs (including acetylsalicylic acid) should be avoided, as this increases the incidence of side effects, including the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Storage conditions
The preparation does not require special storage conditions.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life is 4 years.
