Aliness L-Methionine 500 mg is a supplement indicated to supplement the daily diet with methoin.

Properties:

Methionine belongs to the so-called exogenous amino acids, i.e. amino acids not synthesized in the human body, which must therefore be supplied with food.

Methionine is involved in:

• metabolic processes in the human body. methylation, which is responsible, among others, for the proper growth of tissues and the formation of immune cells;
• construction of glutathione, the task of which is to excrete nitrogen compounds and halogenated toxins from the body, which also neutralizes the negative effects of free radicals and pesticides.
• Metaine along with cysteine supplies the body with sulfur compounds that strengthen and rebuild articular cartilage and soothe rheumatic pains and inflammations.
