"Almiba" is a preparation that improves metabolism and energy supply to tissues.
Peculiarities
The preparation reduces the symptoms of physical and mental stress, has a neuro-, hepato- and cardioprotective effect, helps to reduce myocardial ischemia and limit the infarction zone, reduces blood cholesterol, stimulates cellular immunity, increases concentration.
Levocarnitine eliminates functional disorders of the nervous system in patients with chronic alcoholism with withdrawal symptoms.
With intense physical activity and sports, carnitine increases endurance, increases the pain threshold of muscles, improves the work of skeletal muscles and heart muscle.
The product promotes the elimination of metabolites and toxic substances from the cytoplasm, improves metabolic processes, increases efficiency, accelerates growth, leads to an increase in muscle mass and a decrease in the amount of fat in adipocytes, and helps to normalize the basal metabolism in hyperthyroidism.
Compound
1 ml of solution contains 100 mg levocarnitine.
Excipients: malic acid, sodium methylparaben, sodium propylparaben, sodium saccharin, cherry flavor, water for injection.
Mode of application
The usual doses for newborns and children under 12 years of age are 50-100 mg / kg per day (0.13-0.25 ml), divided into 2-3 doses.
For children over 12 years old and adults, the preparation is recommended to use 1-3 g per day (2.5-7.5 ml).
The course of admission is 1-3 months.
If necessary, the course can be repeated.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Precautionary measures
The preparation should not be used as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
When prescribing a solution to patients with diabetes mellitus, it must be borne in mind that the composition of the preparation includes sodium saccharin.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
Side effects
nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, allergic reactions, muscle weakness (in patients with uremia)
with rapid administration (80 drops / min or more), pain along the vein may occur, which disappears with a decrease in the rate of administration
