Description Alotendin 5mg/10mg 30 tablets — Made in Hungary — Free Delivery

Indications.

Arterial hypertension, as monotherapy or in combination with other antihypertensive agents.

Chronic stable angina, as monotherapy or in combination with other antianginal agents.

As replacement therapy in patients whose blood pressure and / or chronic stable angina is adequately controlled by the simultaneous use of amlodipine and bisoprolol in the same dosages.

Contraindications.

For amlodipine / bisoprolol tablets: hypersensitivity to amlodipine, dihydropyridine derivatives, bisoprolol and / or any excipient.

- unstable angina.

- severe arterial hypotension.

- Shock (including cardiogenic shock).

- obstruction of the outflow tract of the left ventricle (for example, severe aortic stenosis).

- Hemodynamically unstable heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.

Bisoprolol:

- acute heart failure or heart failure in a state of decompensation, which requires inotropic therapy

- cardiogenic shock

- AV block II-III degrees;

- syndrome of weakness of the sinus node;

- sinoatrial blockade, bradycardia (heart rate less than 60 per minute), arterial hypotension before treatment (systolic blood pressure <100 mm Hg. St.)

- bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;

- severe disorders of peripheral circulation, Raynaud's syndrome;

- untreated pheochromocytoma;

- metabolic acidosis.

Compound

active ingredients: amlodipine, bisoprolol;

1 tablet Alotendin 5 mg / 5 mg 5 mg bisoprolol fumarate 5 mg amlodipine, which corresponds to 6.95 mg amlodipine besylate;

1 tablet of Alotendin 10 mg / 5 mg contains 10 mg of bisoprolol fumarate 5 mg of amlodipine, which corresponds to 6.95 mg of amlodipine besylate;

1 tablet Alotendin 5 mg / 10 mg 5 mg bisoprolol fumarate and 10 mg amlodipine, which corresponds to 13.9 mg amlodipine besylate;

1 tablet of Alotendin 10 mg / 10 mg contains 10 mg of bisoprolol fumarate and 10 mg of amlodipine, which corresponds to 13.9 mg of amlodipine besylate;

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch (type A), colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Method of application and dose.

The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet of the appropriate dosage, it is advisable to take the preparation in the morning, regardless of the meal, without chewing.

The maximum daily dose is 1 tablet of Alotendine 10 mg / 10 mg per day.

The dosage range of the preparation allows you to flexibly select the ratio of components depending on clinical needs.

Treatment should not be stopped suddenly, as this may lead to a temporary worsening of the clinical condition. This is especially true for patients with ischemic heart disease. A gradual dose reduction is recommended.

Impaired liver and kidney function.

In case of liver failure, the elimination of amlodipine slows down. There are no special recommendations regarding the dosing of amlodipine, so the preparation in patients with impaired liver function should be prescribed with caution. In case of severe liver failure, the daily dose should not exceed 10 mg.

In patients with mild or moderate renal insufficiency, there is no need to change the dosage. In case of severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <20 ml/min), the daily dose should not exceed 10 mg.

Elderly patients can be prescribed the usual doses of the preparation.

The combination preparation amlodipine / bisoprolol is not recommended for children due to the lack of data on safety and efficacy.

Children.

Alotendine is not recommended for use in children.

Bisoprolol. Clinical data on the efficacy and safety of the preparation in children are not available.
