Indications

For the emergency treatment of symptoms of influenza, colds and flu-like conditions such as headache, fever, sore throat, and rhinopharyngitis in adults and adolescents over 15 years of age.

Composition

1 effervescent tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol (Paracetamolum), 200 mg of ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum) and 4 mg of chlorphenamine maleate (Chlorphenamini maleas), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, isomalt, macrogol 6000, sodium saccharin (E 954), lemon flavor Tetrarome 0551 987323: corn maltodextrin, flavoring ingredients (limonene, beta-pinene, citral, gamma-terpinene, linalool), alpha tocopherol E307); magnesium stearate.

Action

Analgesic and antipyretic.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age 1 effervescent tablet taken 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not use more than 3 effervescent tablets (1500 mg of paracetamol, 600 mg of ascorbic acid and 12 mg of chlorphenamine maleate) a day in divided doses, but the doses cannot be repeated more often than every 4 hours. The preparation should not be used for more than 3 days in case of fever and 5 days in case of pain without consulting a doctor.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients; Severe renal or hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh score ˃9); Simultaneous intake of preparations that affect liver function; Alcohol abuse; Narrow-angle glaucoma; Patients at risk of urinary retention associated with disturbances in the segment of the urethra that pass through the prostate gland; Patients taking monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors currently or in the past two weeks. Children and adolescents under 15 years of age.
