In order to do this, the company employs an experienced development team and a variety of product lines, and its production processes comply with strict international standards such as GMP, ISO 9001; ISO 22000 2008. The company regularly implements other international standards related to its products, such as: ISO 22716, cosmetics and ISO 13845.

Ben Shimon Floris ltd has three production lines: Pharma, dermocosmetics and food. Pharma contains Galenika and antiseptic agents. Dermatocosmetics produces creams and liquids. Pharma manufactures a variety of products: tablets, capsules, liquids, powders, gels and chocolates. All products undergo quality control in one laboratory, which ensures a professional response in three production units, in accordance with the strict requirements of international standards.

Floris ltd - was founded in 1986 by two pharmacists from the Ben Shimon family: Rafi Ben Shimon and Jonathan, who immigrated from France. Since 2004, the company has been jointly owned by the Ben Shimon family, the founders of kibbutz beacons Yitzhak, and its development and production centers are located in Israel.
