Dietary supplement containing fish oil (source of docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid) and vitamin D.

Supplementing the diet with ingredients contained in the product.

Recommended intake

Children - the content of 1 capsule a day; adults, including pregnant and lactating women, 1-2 capsules a day. The tip of the capsule should be twisted and torn off. Then squeeze its contents directly into your mouth, on a teaspoon or add to food. Adults may swallow the capsules whole with water.

Components

Capsule content: fish oil (source of DHA - docosahexaenoic acid and EPA) - eicosapentaenoic acid), lemon flavor, vitamin D (cholecalciferol). The ingredients of the shell: gelatin, humectant - glycerol.

1 capsule contains: vitamin D 20mcg (800j.m.) (400% *); omega 3 fatty acids 140 mg; DHA 125mg; EPA 15mg.
