Product description 

Bioselac vaginal capsules are used to restore and maintain the normal bacterial microflora of the vagina in the following cases:

• prevention and treatment of specific and nonspecific vaginal infections;
• in the complex therapy of vaginitis, including vaginitis of bacterial etiology;
• prevention of vulvovaginal candidiasis;
• prevention of vaginal dysbiosis of various etiologies;
• after antimicrobial and hormonal therapy;
• before local gynecological interventions;
• as a prophylactic when using tampons, local contraceptives, with insufficient personal hygiene;
• when there is a discharge from the vagina.

Compound

Active ingredient: Lactobacillus rhamnosus 573;

1 capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus 573 sticks about - 10 10 (not less than 10 8 ) CFU;

Excipients: powdered skimmed milk; sucrose; sodium glutamate; potato starch; magnesium stearate attracts (E 421)

Capsule shell: titanium dioxide (E 171) gelatin.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation.

Mode of application

For topical use (for vaginal use).

The capsule must be inserted deep into the vagina, observing all the rules of personal hygiene.

Bioselak is used 1-2 capsules per day (one in the morning and one in the evening before bedtime) for 7-10 days.

If necessary, repeat the treatment.

Overdose

No cases of preparation overdose have been reported. Overdose does not pose a risk to the patient's condition.

Side effects

The preparation is well tolerated.

In rare cases (less than 1 patient in 10,000), local reactions may occur: itching, burning, increased vaginal secretion.

Interaction

The preparation should not be used simultaneously with antibacterial, trichomonacid or antifungal agents (except for metronidazole and co-trimoxazole). Vaginal douching with antiseptic solutions should be avoided due to a possible decrease in the effectiveness of the preparation.

Storage conditions

Keep out of the reach of children at a temperature of 2 to 8ºC (in the refrigerator).

At a storage temperature not higher than 25ºC, the shelf life is no more than 4 weeks.
