Pharmacological properties

Combined herbal preparation, used for colds of the respiratory tract. The preparation has a mucolytic, bronchodilator, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, sedative and diaphoretic effect.

Menthol has an antispasmodic, antiseptic, local anesthetic effect, helps to cleanse the respiratory tract of mucus. Anise oil has expectorant properties, antispasmodic and antibacterial properties. Tincture of pepper has a distracting effect.

Indications

Symptomatic treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a sore throat, cough, rhinorrhea and inflammation of the mucous membranes.

Application

Used internally.

Adults and children over the age of 12 years - 2 teaspoons (10 ml) every hour or 3 teaspoons (15 ml) every 2-3 hours.

Children aged 6-12 years - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every hour or 2 teaspoons (10 ml) every 2-3 hours.

Children aged 3-6 years - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every 2 hours.

Shake the bottle well before use.

Do not use more than 6 doses per day. The course of treatment is 14 days.

Elderly patients are prescribed in the same doses as adults.

Anise oil 0.0035 mg / 5 ml

Capsicum tincture 0.025 m 5 ml

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.

Individuals with individual intolerance to any component of the preparation may have gastrointestinal disorders, hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rashes, itching.

Special instructions

Use with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, since the preparation contains sucrose, glucose in its composition. Do not use in patients with fructose, glucose-sucrose, sucrose-isomaltose intolerance.

Use during pregnancy and lactation. The preparation is used during pregnancy and lactation after a doctor's assessment of the benefit / risk ratio.

Children. The preparation is contraindicated in children under 3 years of age.

The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving or working with other mechanisms. The preparation does not have a hypnotic effect, does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or work with mechanisms.
