Inhalation under pressure of Budesonide Inteli is indicated for bronchial asthma.

Active substance: budesonid;

1 dose contains -200 mcg of micronized budesonide;

Excipients: oleic acid, ethanol, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (HFA-134a).

Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. Active form of pulmonary tuberculosis.

It is used only as inhalation.

Children aged 2 to 7 years 100-400 mcg daily, in 2-4 doses.

Children aged 7 years 100-800 mcg daily, in 2-4 doses.

Adults 200-1600 mcg daily, 2-4 divided doses.

After achieving the desired clinical effect, the maintenance dose should be gradually reduced to the minimum dose necessary to control symptoms.

After each inhalation, the patient should rinse his mouth with water.

During pregnancy, an attempt should be made to use the minimum effective dose of budesonide, taking into account the risk of worsening asthma.

The preparation is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.

Budesonide does not affect the reaction rate when driving and operating machinery.

With prolonged use of high doses, such systemic effects of GCS as hypercortisolism (edema, swelling of the face) and suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system may occur. Electrolyte imbalances must be corrected through the use of diuretics that do not affect potassium, such as spironolactone and triamterene.

From the respiratory system: candidal infection of the oropharynx, mild throat irritation, cough, hoarseness.

General disorders: angioedema.

From the nervous system: nervousness, anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbances.

Skin disorders: urticaria, rash, dermatitis, bruising.

From the respiratory system: bronchospasm.

Clinically significant cases of interaction of budesonide with anti-asthma preparations are unknown.
