Our GMP Contract Packing division is fitted out to the highest standards and provides a comprehensive range of services. Dedicated suites contain processes such as Blister Packing, Peel Pouch packing, Pot, Bottle and Sachet filling as well as Medical Device packing and assembly. Our certified cleanroom environments run from ISO 7 down to ISO 5 and the facility is MHRA approved and ISO13485 registered.

In addition to this we can source most packaging materials from our own PS9000 approved Carton and Leaflet facility. As well as conventional printing we offer Digital print Cartons and Leaflets which cater to the industry’s increasing demand for short run, short lead-time manufacture. The fact that our digital facility is one of the few (if not the only) in the UK to be PS9000 accredited is an additional bonus to our Pharmaceutical clients.

We provide a totally unique packaging fulfilment solution. We can take a client’s product from concept all the way through to the assembled and packed item and present it ready for market in the shortest possible lead-time, whilst still maintaining total control and product integrity throughout.
