Pharmacodynamics. Has an antibacterial effect against staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains.

Pharmacokinetics. Has not been studied.

Treatment of diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant strains of staphylococci, burn disease, trophic ulcers and long-term non-healing ulcers of the extremities, complex treatment of septic conditions of postoperative, postpartum and other genesis, treatment of staphylococcal intestinal dysbiosis and sanitation of carriers of staphylococcus, cervical erosion.

For adults and children over the age of 12, the preparation is prescribed orally, topically, in enemas. in children over the age of 12, the preparation is used as directed by a doctor.

Inside Chlorophyllipt is used for the carriage of staphylococci in the intestine and for the prevention of postoperative complications. Adults and children over the age of 12 take 5 ml of 1% alcohol solution diluted with 30 ml of water 3 times a day 40 minutes before meals every day. The duration of treatment is determined individually, depending on the effectiveness of therapy and the severity of the disease.

When treating the carriage of staphylococci in the intestine, Chlorophyllipt is also prescribed in an enema (20 ml of 1% alcohol solution is diluted in 1 liter of water - a dose for one enema). The procedure is carried out once a day. An enema with the preparation is carried out every 2 days. The course of treatment consists of 10 procedures.

For topical application (treatment of burns and trophic ulcers) 1% alcohol solution is diluted with 0.25% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1: 5.

In the treatment of cervical erosion, all folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are pre-dried with a tampon and the cervical canal is lubricated with 1% alcohol solution of Chlorophyllipt. For vaginal douching, 15 ml of 1% alcohol solution is diluted in 1 liter of water.

The duration of the course of treatment depends on the course of the disease and is determined by the doctor individually.

Hypersensitivity to chlorophyllipt or other components of the preparation.

From the immune system: when using the preparation, allergic reactions are possible, including edema of the mucous membranes, hyperemia, itching, rash.

Use during pregnancy and lactation. efficacy and safety when using the preparation during pregnancy and lactation have not been studied, therefore, the preparation should not be used in this category of patients.

Children. The preparation is used in children over the age of 12 years as prescribed by a doctor.

The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving or working with other mechanisms. Since the preparation contains 96% ethanol, care should be taken when driving or operating other mechanisms.

It should be borne in mind that in the presence of hydrogen peroxide residues in the wound, chlorophyllipt precipitates. therefore, after washing the wound with hydrogen peroxide, its remnants should be removed with sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution. enhances the effect of antiseptic preparations.

Possible increased manifestations of adverse reactions. treatment is symptomatic.
