Suppositories Kolpoflor restore a healthy vaginal biocenosis and prevent the reproduction and development of pathogenic microorganisms, restore the natural acidic environment in the vagina (pH 3.8-4.5) and increase the resistance of the mucous membrane against pathogenic microbes.

The bacteria that make up the product are live lactobacilli, which are often found in normal microflora and are identical to the natural microbiota. Lactobacilli perform a protective function in the vagina by creating an acidic pH of the internal environment, which is unfavorable for the development and reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms, and are able to successfully colonize the urogenital zone while displacing the pathogenic microflora.

Lactic acid, which is part of the product, breaks down the pathological biofilm, consisting of microbial associations, increases the effect of antibacterial substances and creates conditions for the development of normal vaginal microflora.

Suppositories Colpoflor is recommended to be used as a maintenance agent in conditions characterized by a violation of the vaginal microflora (bacterial vaginosis, vaginal dysbiosis, vaginal candidiasis, hormone-dependent and non-specific colpitis, specific and non-specific vaginitis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasmosis, trichomoniasis, etc.), and as a prophylactic after gynecological interventions, the use of tampons, local contraceptives and in case of non-compliance with hygiene standards.

Before and after using suppositories, observe the rules of personal hygiene: wash your hands. Suppositories Kolpoflor apply 1-2 times a day (morning and / or evening before bedtime). The suppository should be released from the strip immediately before use and inserted deep into the vagina in the supine position, legs bent. The suppository should not be cut or broken into pieces. Duration of application is 6-12 days.
