CROSSVI intense is a sterile solution with physiological pH for ophthalmic use, based on the patented technology of hyaluronic acid (HA) cross-linking with urea, which improves and enhances the specific mechanical properties of linear HA. Cross-linked HA is much longer resistant to the action of hyaluronidase than linear HA, and therefore exhibits increased and longer lubricating and moisturizing effects compared to linear HA.

The hydrated structure of the cross-linked HA is able to provide water for a longer period of time, thereby improving the lubricating properties of the linear HA, while enhancing its moisturizing effect, and is therefore recommended as an adjuvant in dry eye syndrome.

Cross-linked HA is also an effective free radical scavenger, ensuring epithelial renewal (reepithelialization) and better protection of the corneal surface.

Cross-linked HA gives the medical device lubricant, moisturizing and regenerating properties, relieving dry eye conditions caused by dry eye syndrome, eye irritation or fatigue in case of inflammatory reactions or environmental factors.

CROSSVI intense relieves redness, dryness, fatigue and discomfort of the eyes and the mucous membranes of the eye caused by dry eye syndrome, environmental factors such as wind, smoke, pollution, prolonged exposure to sunlight, sea air, sea or pool water, intensive study or work , prolonged use of the computer, long periods of driving, abnormalities in tearing after inflammation, after ophthalmic surgery or cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and chronic blepharitis. The product moisturizes and lubricates the surface of dry eyes resulting from the use of contact lenses.

The formulation was developed to ensure maximum comfort from the first use. It is recommended for everyday use, day or night.

It does not contain preservatives and / or molecules with anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictive properties.

INDICATIONS:

CROSSVI intense is recommended:

- to restore and improve the stability of the tear film in the case of dry eye syndrome;

- after eye refractive surgery;

- to relieve redness, fatigue and discomfort in the eyes or the lining of the eyes due to:

- environmental factors (air conditioning, excessive exposure to solar radiation, wind, smoke, pollution, sea or pool water, sea air);

- dry eyes caused by excessive fatigue associated with long-term work at the computer, study;

- abnormalities in lacrimation after inflammation, chronic blepharitis;

- abnormalities in tearing after ophthalmic surgery of various origins or aesthetic eyelid surgery;

- wearing soft or semi-hard contact lenses.

COMPOSITION:

Cross-linked aqueous sodium hyaluronate solution (including 0.4% cross-linked sodium hyaluronate), trometamol, 2N hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride, water for injection. No preservatives.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

- Wash your hands thoroughly;

- Before the first use, remove the protective seal;

- Remove the protective cap and open the bottle;

- Turn the bottle upside down and gently squeeze 2 drops into each eye, unless otherwise instructed;

- Due to the specific nature of the dispenser bottle, for preservative-free solutions, it may be necessary to squeeze the bottle harder to dispense the product as the bottle empties. This is due to the properties of the closure system that ensures sterility and the chemical and physical properties of the solution without the use of preservatives;

- Close the bottle after use: use the contents within 3 months after first opening.

WARNINGS AND SAFETY MEASURES:

- The product is intended for ophthalmic use only.

- The product is for single patient use only.

- Do not use the product if the bottle is damaged or not closed tightly when first opening the package.

- During application, do not touch the eye or any other surface with the tip of the dispenser.
