DAILIES AquaComfort Plus contact lenses
DAILIES AquaComfort Plus are daily disposable contact lenses from Alcon. Compared to previous lenses - DAILIES All Day Comfort - DAILIES AquaComfort Plus have a higher level of hydration, which makes them more comfortable to wear.
Liquid with a high degree of hydration HPMC
One of the active moisturizing substances is the so-called HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) contained in the liquid, which is contained in disposable blisters in which contact lenses are immersed. The presence of HPMC makes wearing the lenses comfortable. In addition, the material from which the lenses are made contains a compound of PEG hydrogel (Polyethylene glycol) and PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) moisturizing substance. PVA activates in the lens every time you blink. An interesting fact is that the average person blinks 11,000 times a day!
High comfort of putting on, wearing and replacing lenses
The manufacturer - Alcon (Ciba Vision) - informs that 95% of users reported no problems after switching from DAILIES All Day Comfort lenses to DAILIES AquaComfort Plus. This can be done without the need to visit an ophthalmologist.
