Product description

Defibra vaginal suppositories for women that help maintain the natural protection of the vagina in case of irritation of the mucous membrane, prevent inflammation. Helps restore normal microflora and normalize vaginal hydration and pH.

Active ingredients

Hyaluronidase is an enzyme whose specific substrate is hyaluronic acid. The latter is a mucopolysaccharide, which includes acetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid has a high viscosity; biological significance - "cementing" intermediate substance of connective tissue.

The effect of the preparation is to improve joint mobility, soften scars, eliminate or reduce contractures, resorption of hematomas. The action is most pronounced in the initial stage of pathological processes.

Hyaluronidase (spreading factor) causes the breakdown of hyaluronic acid to glucosamine and glucuronic acid and thereby leads to an increase in tissue permeability and an improvement in the movement of interstitial fluid.

The effect of hyaluronidase is reversible - a decrease in concentration restores the viscosity of hyaluronic acid.

Advantages

Defibra exhibits enzymatic (hyaluronidase) activity, has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.

Purpose

It is used as part of the complex therapy of diseases accompanied by connective tissue hyperplasia, as well as to increase the bioavailability of antibacterial and other chemotherapeutic agents.

Mode of application

Practice good hygiene: wash your hands before and after using the product. It is necessary to first release the suppository from the cellular packaging. Apply vaginally, in the supine position, or rectally, after bowel cleansing, 1 suppository 1 time per day at night, with a course of 10 to 20 injections.

1 suppository contains: hyaluronidase 3000 IU/MO.
