Dermazole® shampoo is used for the treatment and prevention of skin and hair lesions caused by the yeast microorganisms Malassezia (formerly called Pityrosporum), such as dandruff, pityriasis versicolor (local), seborrheic dermatitis.

The active ingredient is ketoconazole (1 ml of shampoo contains 20 mg of ketoconazole).

Excipients: cocodietanolamide, sodium lauryl ether sulfate, disodium monolauryl ether sulfosuccinate, macrogol 120 methyl glucose dioleate, propylene glycol, concentrated hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, butylhydroxytoluene (E 321), imidourea (12400) Ponceau 4R , purified water.

Hypersensitivity to any of its shampoo components.

Apply shampoo to the affected areas for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with water.

dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis (seborrheic eczema) - 2 times a week for 2-4 weeks;

pityriasis versicolor - daily for 5 days.

Appropriate and well-controlled studies have not been conducted in pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. After topical application of ketoconazole shampoo to the skin in non-pregnant women, the plasma concentration of ketoconazole was not determined. Plasma levels after topical application of ketoconazole shampoo were determined after application to the entire body surface. Due to the absence of known risk factors, the use of the preparation during pregnancy and lactation is not contraindicated.

The safety and efficacy of using the preparation in children under 12 years of age has not been established.

This shampoo does not affect the ability to drive or operate other machinery.

Since the preparation is prescribed only for external use, the development of an overdose is not expected.

In case of accidental ingestion, treatment consists in the use of supportive and symptomatic measures. To prevent aspiration, do not induce vomiting or gastric lavage.

From the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, including angioedema and urticaria.

On the part of the skin and subcutaneous tissue: alopecia, dry skin, changes in the structure of the hair, rash, burning of the skin, acne, contact dermatitis, dry skin, changes in the skin, increased flaking of the skin, increased oiliness or dryness of hair, changes in hair color (mainly in patients with chemically damaged or gray hair).

From the side of the organ of vision: increased lacrimation, eye irritation.

From the nervous system: dysgeusia (violation of taste sensitivity).

Infections and invasions: folliculitis.
