"Diclofenac-Zdorovye forte" gel is used for local treatment of pain and inflammation of joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons of rheumatic or traumatic origin.

1 g of gel contains (active substance) diclofenac sodium 30 mg.

Excipients: methylparaben (E 218), peppermint oil, carbomer, glycerin, polyethylene glycol 400, ethanol 96%, dimethyl sulfoxide, concentrated ammonia solution, purified water.

hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other components of the preparation;

presence in the anamnesis of attacks of bronchial asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis caused by taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations;

the last trimester of pregnancy.

For adults and children over 14 years of age, use 3-4 times a day, rubbing lightly into the skin. The amount of the preparation used depends on the size of the affected area. Usually 2-4 g, which corresponds to the size of a cherry or a walnut, is enough to apply to an area of 400-800 cm 2. After applying the preparation, hands should be washed, except for those cases when this area is to be treated.

The duration of therapy depends on the nature of the disease and the effectiveness of treatment. The preparation should not be used for more than 14 days in a row.

The clinical experience of using diclofenac in pregnant women is limited, so it is not recommended to use the preparation during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The preparation is contraindicated in the III trimester of pregnancy due to the possibility of the development of weakness of labor and / or premature closure of the ductus arteriosus. In animals, no manifestation of harmful effects of the preparation on pregnancy or embryonic development, childbirth or postnatal development of cubs was found.

If there are good reasons for using the preparation during breastfeeding, when the expected benefit, in the opinion of the doctor, exceeds the potential risk, the preparation should not be applied to the mammary glands or large areas of the skin and should not be used for a long time.

The preparation is not recommended for use by children under 14 years of age. When using the medicine for children over 14 years of age for more than 7 days or if the symptoms of the disease worsen, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

The preparation does not affect the speed of reaction when driving a motor vehicle or other mechanisms.

Overdose

Overdose is unlikely due to the low absorption of diclofenac into the systemic bloodstream when applied topically. In case of accidental ingestion, the possibility of developing systemic adverse reactions should be taken into account.

In case of accidental ingestion of the preparation, the stomach should be emptied immediately and an adsorbent should be taken. Symptomatic treatment with the involvement of therapeutic measures used for the treatment of NSAIDs poisoning is indicated.

The preparation is usually well tolerated. Adverse reactions include mild, temporary skin reactions at the application site. In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur.

Infections and infestations: pustular eruptions.

From the side of the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, angioedema.

From the respiratory system: bronchial asthma.

From the side of the skin and connective tissues: rash, urticaria, eczema, erythema, dermatitis (including contact, bullous), photosensitivity reactions, burning, itching.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not higher than 25 °C, in a place inaccessible to children.
