Dol Mestr  is a combined non-hormonal herbal preparation, the components of which have a normalizing effect on the level of hormones. It has a dopamine-stimulating, regulating, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, diuretic, anti-edema effect.

Action

The dopaminergic action of the drug causes a decrease in prolactin production, i.e. eliminates hyperprolactinemia.

Hyperprolactinemia has a direct stimulating effect on the proliferative processes in the mammary glands, enhancing the formation of connective tissue and causing the expansion of the milk ducts. A decrease in prolactin content leads to the reverse development of pathological processes in the mammary glands and relieves pain. An increased concentration of prolactin disrupts the secretion of gonadotropins, as a result of which disorders of follicular maturation, ovulation and the phase of the corpus luteum may occur, which leads to an imbalance between estradiol and progesterone. It is this hormonal imbalance that causes menstrual irregularities and proliferative changes in the mammary gland. Rhythmic production and normalization of the ratio of hormones at normal levels of prolactin normalize the menstrual cycle, reduce the manifestations of PMS and menopause.

Ferrous gluconate replenishes iron loss during heavy menstruation.

Magnesium gluconate eliminates psycho-vegetative lability, depression and nervousness.

Mode of application
