Peculiarities

The most important vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B5, B6, B12), antioxidants - vitamins C and E, and selenium are necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, heart and blood vessels.

Trace elements zinc and chromium, as well as the mineral substance magnesium, help to maintain an optimal balance of sugar in the blood, correct metabolism and improve the general condition of the body.
