Composition

brown capsule: fish oil (46% DHA + 10% EPA), gelatin, refined soybean oil, iron (II) fumarate, subst. humectant: glycerol, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, subst. humectant: sorbitol, emulsifier: soy lecithin, dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid (vitamin B9), potassium (I) iodide, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

yellow capsule: fish oil (46% DHA + 10% EPA), gelatin, magnesium oxide (Mg), substance humectant: glycerol, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, substance humectant: sorbitol, dyes: riboflavin and titanium dioxide, cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Recommended daily intake

2 capsules a day: a brown capsule - with a solid breakfast or lunch, and a yellow capsule - with dinner. You can also take both capsules together or in reverse order.

Warnings

Consult a doctor at the same time as medications.

Do not combine with other preparations containing iron or vitamin D.

The preparation can be used by women with diabetes and lactose or gluten intolerance.

Iron may cause dark stools.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

An important role during pregnancy and feeding is played by a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet.

The beneficial effect occurs with at least 200 mg DHA daily above the standard recommended adult omega-3 dose (i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA).
