Omega-3 combination of essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) found mainly in marine fish, e.g. sardines. Omega-3 acids, like vitamins, are not produced in the body and must be supplied with food to allow the brain, eyes and heart to function properly.
Application: dietary supplementation with Omega-3 acids.

Recommended intake:

1-2 capsules a day, to facilitate swallowing it is recommended to use together with a tablespoon of thick yogurt, drink with a sufficient amount of liquid. It is recommended to take just before a meal.

Ingredients:

marine fish oil containing a total of 34% of fat fats (EPA and DHA), gelatin, humectant: glycerol, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

1 capsule contains: marine fish oil 1400mg (including: 20% EPA 280mg, 14% DHA 195mg), vitamin E 20mg (167%) *.

2 capsules contain: 2800mg sea fish oil (including 40% EPA 280mg, 28% DHA 390mg), vitamin E 40mg (334%) *.
