DuoLife is a joint stock company, which means the security of cooperation, thanks to the transparency of the company's activities. The great advantage of DuoLife as a joint-stock company is the ability to easily check the reliability of the company through potential partners and potential shareholders, transparency of finances and full accounting, which is published in the form of annual financial statements and a statutory audit.

Only 1 in 311 companies in the direct selling industry are able to stand the test of time - their fall tends to come as a complete surprise to members because the symptoms of negative change are usually hidden. Private firms, unlike joint stock companies, are not actually required to publish financial statements.

Since September 2016, DuoLife has confirmed its strong position in the market by turning into a joint stock company, and, thereby, providing its members of the Club with complete security of cooperation.
