Ecoxynal contains myo-inositol, which, after topical application, creates favorable conditions for conception:

• increases the number of motile spermatozoa;
• promotes the migration of spermatozoa to the egg (oocytes), due to a change in the fluidity of cervical mucus and seminal fluid;
• potentiates the penetration of spermatozoa through the shell of the egg;

Ecoxinal is recommended to be used in order to create a favorable state of the vaginal environment for the functioning of spermatozoa. The use of Ecoxinal, along with careful planning of intercourse, promotes conception and assists couples in planned parenthood. Myo-inositol (the active component of Ecoxinal) promotes fertilization and pregnancy in spontaneous or induced cycles for infertile couples through the male factor; infertile couples with idiopathic infertility.

Mode of application

Ecoxinal is used vaginally 1 time per day for 3-5 days (preferably in the evening before bedtime) during the periovulatory period (from 11 to 16 days with a normal menstrual cycle of 28 days). The vaginal suppository should be carefully inserted into the vagina in the supine position with the legs slightly bent. Sexual intercourse should be scheduled the day after the insertion of the vaginal suppository.
