Active ingredients

The chemical composition of Passiflora contains indole alkaloids, flavonoids, coumarins, quinones, which have a strong sedative, hypnotic effect on the central nervous system. Passionflower improves overall performance, improves memory, helps the body to resist excessive physical, emotional stress and constant fatigue. Passionflower is used for excessive nervous excitability, anxiety, sleep disorders, reduces feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety and mental stress. It also has antispasmodic, anticonvulsant and anxiolytic effects.

Melissa officinalis is a sedative, has antidepressant, antispasmodic, diuretic and hypotensive effects. Also regulates the heart rate.

Valerian extract (Valerian officinalis) is characterized by soothing properties.

Valerian officinalis prolongs the effect of sedatives when used in combination with each other. Valerian reduces the reflex excitability of the central nervous system, has a calming and antispasmodic effect.
