The build-up of plaque and tartar between the teeth and next to the gums is a common cause of gum weakness. This is because plaque build-up in these areas can sometimes cause irritation, causing symptoms such as redness, tenderness and bleeding. The Elgydium Clinic Perioblock Pro toothpaste was developed to support the professional treatment of sick gums by maintaining proper oral hygiene.

Chlorhexidine Digluconate 0.12% is an antimicrobial active ingredient that helps soothe irritation of the gums and reduces the formation of plaque. In turn, glycyrrhetinic acid, known for its soothing properties, helps maintain brushing comfort and strengthens weakened gums.

The paste helps to reduce the unpleasant symptoms of irritation: redness, bleeding and sensitive gums.

Use 2-3 times a day, after a meal, for 1 month.

Additionally, your dentist may recommend a soft toothbrush and an antibacterial mouthwash.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day for about 2-3 minutes.
