Sachet powder for oral solution Eucabal 600 is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchopulmonary system, requiring a decrease in the viscosity of sputum, improving its discharge and expectoration.

Compound

Active substance: acetylcysteine;

1 sachet contains 600 mg of acetylcysteine;

Excipients: sucrose, orange flavor, colloidal silicon dioxide, tartaric acid, sodium chloride.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to acetylcysteine ​​or any of the excipients. Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, hemoptysis, pulmonary hemorrhage.

Age up to 14 years.

Mode of application

The preparation is recommended to be taken after meals dissolved in ½ glass of water, juice or cold tea. After preparing the solution, you need to drink it as soon as possible. Additional fluid intake enhances the mucolytic effect of the preparation.

The duration of treatment for chronic diseases is determined by the doctor, depending on the nature and course of the disease. In acute uncomplicated diseases, acetylcysteine ​​is used for 5-7 days.

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents over 14 years of age should take 1 sachet of powder (equivalent to 600 mg of acetylcysteine ​​per day).

There is a synergism of acetylcysteine ​​with bronchodilators.
