Indications:

In mild states of nervous tension and as an adjunct in periodic difficulties with falling asleep.

Properties:

The preparation contains natural ingredients with a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Its use, therefore, allows you to relieve nervous tension and calm down, which in turn facilitates falling asleep and eliminates mild sleep disorders.

Dosage:

Adults 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. up to 6 capsules a day. For difficulties falling asleep: 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the preparation components, kidney disorders, muscle fatigue (myasthenia gravis), pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding.

Composition:

Valerian root dry extract (3-6: 1) - 250 mg, lemon balm dry extract (6-8: 1) - 50 mg, magnesium oxide - 80 mg, vitamin B6 - 5 mg.
