Symptomatic treatment of nasal congestion with colds, hay fever, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis; to facilitate the outflow of secretions in diseases of the paranasal sinuses; auxiliary therapy in cases of otitis media (to eliminate swelling of the mucous membrane); to facilitate rhinoscopy.

Adults and children over 12 years old

1 injection into each nostril 3 times a day.

The maximum daily dose is 3 injections.

The duration of treatment depends on the course of the disease and should not exceed 10 days in a row.

Immediately before use, hold the bottle with the preparation in the palm of your hand to warm it up to body temperature. During the use of the preparation, keep the bottle upright, with the spray upwards. Before use, remove the protective cap of the bottle, place the tip in the nasal passage, squeeze the bottle with a short sharp movement and, removing the tip from the nose, unclench. During the injection, it is recommended to inhale slightly through the nose. After using the preparation, close the vial with a protective cap, store according to the recommendations specified in the STORAGE CONDITIONS section.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; acute coronary diseases, coronary asthma, hyperthyroidism, angle-closure glaucoma, atrophic rhinitis, surgery with exposure of the dura mater, or transphenoidal hypophysectomy. concomitant treatment with MAO inhibitors and for 2 weeks after discontinuation of their use.

Also, for other dosage forms, such side effects were noted: anxiety, insomnia, fatigue (drowsiness, lethargy), hallucinations (mainly in children), heart palpitations, tachycardia, high blood pressure, dryness of the nasal and nasopharyngeal mucosa, sneezing, increased mucosal edema nasal membranes after reducing the effect of the preparation, nosebleeds, convulsions (especially in children), hypersensitivity reactions, including rash, itching, angioedema, burning sensation at the injection site.
