Product description

FEMINUM fit vaginal gel with lactic acid ensures effective and immediate restoration and maintenance of the correct pH in the vagina. It moisturizes, thanks to which it eliminates the deficiencies of natural vaginal hydration, thus protecting against abrasions, which often lead to infections of the vagina and external genitalia. The gel can be used several times a day, regularly and depending on the needs, also by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Application

For immediate regulation of vaginal pH and restoration of the normal acidic reaction disturbed by: long-term use of contraceptives or antibiotics; vaginal infections of any cause (fungal, bacterial or protozoal); menstruation; during menopause.

Usage method

The gel can be used on the external genitalia and vaginally. The frequency of use depends on the needs or indications of the doctor. Before and after applying the gel, wash your hands thoroughly:

- vaginal use: insert a small amount of gel (about 3-4 cm of squeezed strip) into the vagina. To minimize the risk of leakage, apply the gel in the evening, before going to bed, in the supine position. In order to protect the linen against possible leakage, you can use a panty liner;

- external use: a small amount of gel should be applied to the external genitalia and the surrounding area. For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to apply from the vagina towards the anus.

After applying the gel, tightly close the tube.

Ingredients

Lactic acid, plant glycogen (phytoglycogen), sodium lactate, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, purified water.

Contraindications

Do not use the product if you have experienced allergic reactions (e.g. redness, irritation) to any of the ingredients in the past. Do not use on damaged vaginal mucosa or skin of intimate areas during menstruation.

Important tips

For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to use one package by one person.

Do not use after the expiry date given on the packaging and in the event that it is suspected that the packaging has been previously opened or damaged.

Store at room temperature (15-25 ° C).

Protect against high temperatures.

Store out of sunlight, in a tightly closed tube, out of the reach of children.

Warnings

A doctor should be consulted before using the product in the event of: pregnancy (the product may be used during pregnancy only on the recommendation of a doctor); suspicions of vaginal infections (some types of vaginal discharge odor may indicate other problems); unusual odors, excessive profuse discharge, discomfort, pain or other disturbing symptoms; blood-colored discharge or discharge during the menopause.

When using the gel, local side effects such as slight itching and / or burning may occur, which disappear quickly. In a situation where these symptoms persist for a longer period, it may be necessary to stop using the product and consult a doctor.

Irritation of the vaginal mucosa may also appear in the case of a predisposition to such a condition, especially if the mucosa has been damaged as a result of improper hygiene / care. In the event of such a reaction, discontinue use of the product immediately and consult a physician.

The gel is not a contraceptive.
