Fibolex powder with orange flavor is a natural herbal complex for the normalization of the intestines. May be recommended for gentle and easy bowel movement.

Active ingredients

Husk of plantain seeds (Plantago ovate): polysaccharides, which are divided into three main constituent fractions (A, B, C), respectively 30%, 55% and 15% of dry weight of polysaccharides. Psyllium husks are able to absorb as much water as 40 times their own weight. Thus, the stool becomes more voluminous, the consistency of the intestinal contents softens, the intestinal motility is stimulated and the passage of feces is facilitated.

Green tea extract contains polyphenols, specifically catechins, the most abundant of which is epigallocatechin gallate. Green tea also contains carotenoids, tocopherols, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), minerals such as chromium, manganese, selenium, and zinc.

Natural wheat fibers consist of the sum of polysaccharides, mainly cellulose and lignin, which are not digested by endogenous enzymes of the human gastrointestinal tract, but are metabolized by intestinal lacto- and bifidobacteria.

Indications for use

It can be recommended as a source of biologically active substances of plant origin. Contributes to the normalization of bowel function. May be recommended for conditions requiring gentle, facilitated bowel movements.

Contraindications

Precautionary measures

This product must be taken with a sufficient amount of liquid (at least 200 ml). Ingestion without sufficient fluid can lead to difficulty swallowing and suffocation. Should not be taken just before going to bed.

Method of administration and dosage

Adults and adolescents over 12 years old take one sachet, stirring in a sufficient amount of liquid (at least 200 ml per sachet), 2-3 times a day.
