Fosydyna Plus is a dietary supplement combining uridine monophosphate, B vitamins (B1, B12, B6, folic acid) and copper, intended for adults to supplement their daily balanced diet. The ingredients of Fosydyna Plus have a beneficial effect on the human body:

• help in the proper functioning of the nervous system (copper, vitamin B1 (thiamine), B6, B12, copper,
• contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6, B12, folic acid),

Uridine contained in the dietary supplement Fosydyna Plus is part of RNA chains and is one of the nucleotides that make up ribonucleic acids.

Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably before or during a meal, washed down with a sufficient amount of water.
