Fosydyna Plus is a dietary supplement combining uridine monophosphate, B vitamins (B1, B12, B6, folic acid) and copper, intended for adults to supplement their daily balanced diet. The ingredients of Fosydyna Plus have a beneficial effect on the human body:
- help in the proper functioning of the nervous system (copper, vitamin B1 (thiamine), B6, B12, copper,
- contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6, B12, folic acid),
- help in maintaining proper psychological functions (vitamin B1 (thiamine), B6, B12, folic acid),
- help in the proper functioning of the immune system (copper, vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid),
- help to protect cells against oxidative stress (copper).
Uridine contained in the dietary supplement Fosydyna Plus is part of RNA chains and is one of the nucleotides that make up ribonucleic acids.

Recommended intake
Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably before or during a meal, washed down with a sufficient amount of water.

Bulking agent: sunflower oil, beef gelatin, disodium salt of monophosphate-5-uridine, humectant: glycerin, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), carrier: beeswax, emulsifier: liquid soy lecithin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine (vitamin B1), copper gluconate (copper), color: titanium dioxide, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, calcium L-methylfolate (Extrafolate S); dye: carmine 50%.
