Dietary supplement Good Dream Forte is a formula developed for adults to be used before bedtime. The melatonin contained in the preparation helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep, and the beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) has relaxing properties, helps soothe irritability and contributes to a healthy sleep. Passion fruit (Passiflora incarnata) has a relaxing and relaxing effect, thus helping you to fall asleep quickly. Hops (Humulus lupulus) has a soothing effect, improves sleep.
