Powder for oral solution with raspberry flavor "Helpex® Anticold Neo For Children" is used to treat symptoms that occur during acute respiratory viral infections, influenza (to reduce fever, reduce runny nose, relieve swelling of the nasal mucosa, relieve headaches, eliminate aches in body).

One 2.5 g sachet contains (active ingredients):

paracetamol - 320 mg;

levocetirizine dihydrochloride - 1.25 mg.

Excipients: aspartame (E 951), sucralose, raspberry flavor, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, beckon (E 421), betanin (E 162), sucrose.

hypersensitivity to drug components, piperazine derivatives in history;

blood diseases (including severe anemia, leukopenia);

severe impairment of liver and / or kidney function (creatinine clearance <10 ml / minute);

congenital hyperbilirubinemia, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, alcoholism.

Children aged 6 to 10 years: one sachet up to 4 times a day.

The intervals between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of hot water and drink. The recommended amount of water for dissolving the powder for children is usually the volume that the child drinks at one time (100-200 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended dose. The maximum period of application without consulting a doctor is 3 days. Further use is possible only under medical supervision.

You should refrain from activities that require an increased speed of psychomotor reactions.

Liver damage is possible in adults who have taken 10 g or more of paracetamol or 5 g in the presence of risk factors, and in children who have taken more than 150 mg / kg of body weight.

In case of an overdose of paracetamol, symptoms develop in the first 24 hours: pallor, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain.

When taking large doses from the central nervous system - disorientation.

With long-term use of the drug in large doses on the part of the hematopoietic organs, aplastic anemia, pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, neutropenia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia may develop.

Symptoms of an overdose of levocetirizine dihydrochloride may include drowsiness in adults and initial agitation and increased irritability followed by drowsiness in children.

Overdose treatment. There is no specific antidote to levocetirizine. In case of symptoms of an overdose, symptomatic and supportive therapy is recommended.
