Horien

Horien is a brand of Taiwan-based Ginko International Co., Ltd., a renowned manufacturer of contact lenses and lens care products. For the first time Horien products were presented in Russia in 2010. Since then, Horien contact lenses and their care products have become more and more popular with Russian users.

During Horien's existence, three large-scale workshop reforms have been carried out in order to improve the quality of its products. So, at first, the lines for the production of contact lenses using Cast Molding technology were launched, and then the Italian lines for the production and bottling of solutions for contact lenses. In 2010, Ginko undertook a revolutionary technological upgrade of production by investing $ 10 million to build a new factory in Taiwan.

In 2012, six new industrial lines were deployed to produce contact vision correction products. The company currently has the most modern UK-made Cast Molding and Spincasting lines. This allows for the production of over 20 million lenses per month. In the production of universal solutions for the care of contact lenses and moisturizing drops, high-speed automatic lines made in Italy are used, which makes it possible to provide patients with 7.5 million standard solution packages and 3 million bottles of moisturizing drops per month.
