"Humer Monodose" is a nasal cavity care product. It has a cleansing and moisturizing effect, helps to liquefy nasal mucus, removes it and makes breathing free.

Recommendations for use

• daily hygiene of the nasal cavity;
• moisturizing the nasal mucosa in dry air;
• cleansing the nasal mucosa from dust, allergens;
• prevention of infection of the nasal cavity in the autumn-winter period;
• reduction of dryness of the nasal mucosa.

Compound

100 g of drops contain 100 g of undiluted isotonic sterile seawater.

Mode of application

Recommended dosage:

• children under the age of one year - 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 1-3 times a day;
• children aged one to 7 years - 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 1-3 times a day;
• children aged 7 to 12 years old and adolescents 13-16 years old - two drops in each nasal passage 2-4 times a day;
• adults - 2-3 drops in each nasal passage 3-6 times a day.

Before use, it is necessary to check the integrity of the packaging.

Newborns: put the baby on its side.

Children, adults: sitting or standing, tilt your head to one side.

In turn, a single-use container is inserted into each nasal passage and gently pressed.

Injection must be carried out into the left nasal opening, tilting the head to the right and vice versa - into the right nasal opening, tilting the head to the left.

The procedure is most effective before meals.

After the procedure, you need to keep your head straight so that the liquid can drain freely from the nose, wipe it off with a sanitary napkin.

The container can be closed with the back of the cap for later use.
