Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S is a medical device in the form of sterile eye drops for topical application to the conjunctival sac. The preparation is intended for use in the case of dry eye surface. The formula allows for intense moisturizing and supports the regeneration of the protective barrier of the surface of the eyeball.

Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S drops relieve the symptoms of moderate to severe dry eye syndrome, including the feeling of dry eye, the feeling of sand under the eyelids, burning or eye fatigue related to, among others, working at the computer, watching TV for a long time, dry air in heated or air-conditioned rooms, cigarette smoke, wind or taking certain medications.

The medical device Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S in drops can also be used after eye surgeries, including laser treatments. It supports the natural process of regeneration of the surface structures of the eyeball.

How to apply Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S moisturizing eye drops?

Adults: the usual dose is 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3-4 times a day.

In case of severe symptoms, it can be used more often.

The preparation can be used for a long time.

Do not touch the eye surface or any other surface with the tip of the dropper.

After use, close the container tightly.

In the case of topical application of other ophthalmic preparations, a 15-minute time interval should be allowed before administration of the preparation, and Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S should be used last.

Sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, fucoidin, D-panthenol, sodium chloride, highly purified water.

The Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S medical device is intended for adults.

Use as directed.

Do not exceed the recommended doses, as this will not increase the effectiveness of the preparation and may be harmful to health and life.

After opening the bottle, the drops should only be used by 1 person.

The preparation can be used every day, no longer than 30 days from the first opening.

In a discontinuous manner (taking into account several days' breaks in the application), it can be used no longer than 90 days from the first opening.

Certain diseases and other circumstances may constitute a contraindication to the use or an indication for a dose adjustment of Hyal-Drop® Ultra 4S, and in some situations it may be necessary to perform specific follow-up examinations.

The preparation is intended only for external use, locally to the conjunctival sac.

If allergic reactions occur, discontinue use of the preparation.
