Inofem is a dietary supplement that contains myo-inositol and folic acid. Myo-inositol is an important component of cell membranes and a precursor in the synthesis of secondary hormonal messengers inside the body, inter alia, it influences the cell's response to insulin (a hormone involved, inter alia, in carbohydrate metabolism). Folic acid belongs to the group of folates and affects many metabolic functions in the body. It helps in maintaining the proper metabolism of homocysteine ​​and the correct synthesis of amino acids. At the same time, it takes part in the process of cell division, including the ova - oocytes, and helps in the proper production of blood.
