Product description

Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones because it is involved in the incorporation of calcium into the bone tissue. K2-Vitum forte 200mcg contains natural vitamin K2 - menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The product contains linseed oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect occurs when consuming 2g of ALA per day.

Supplementing the diet with vitamin K2.

Recommended intake

Adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Components

Cold-pressed linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum), cold-pressed, gelatin (shell component), humectant: glycerol, menaquinion (vitamin K2).

1 capsule contains: 200mcg vitamin K2 MK-7 (267%) *, 195 mg of flax seed oil, including 117 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (omego-3).
