Joint diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, serologic spondyloarthritis (ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis); gout, pseudogout; osteoarthritis; extra-articular rheumatism (tendonitis, bursitis, capsulitis of the shoulder joint).

Pain syndrome: lumbago, post-traumatic pain in joints, muscles; postoperative pain; pain with metastases of tumors in the bone algodismenorrhea.

Hypersensitivity reactions to ketoprofen or to excipients. Contraindicated in patients in whom the use of ketoprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparationі (NSAIDs) provokes bronchospasm, asthmatic attacks, urticaria, angioedema, acute rhinitis or other allergic reactions. Severe heart failure. Treatment of PERIOPERATIVE pain during coronary artery bypass grafting. History of chronic dyspepsia, gastric or duodenal ulcer in the acute stage or gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer or perforation in history. Cerebrovascular or other bleeding. The patient's tendency to hemorrhage; hemorrhagic diathesis. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. History of bronchial asthma and rhinitis. Ketoprofen is contraindicated in patients with hemostatic disorders or those receiving anticoagulant therapy.

Doses are selected individually, depending on the patient's condition and his response to treatment.

For parenteral administration.

Recommended doses for adults.

M introduction: apply 1 ampoule (100 mg) of ketoprofen 1-2 times a day.

If necessary, the administration can be supplemented with the appointment of oral or rectal forms of Ketonalu®. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 200 mg.

Infusion: Ketoprofen should be infused only in a hospital setting. The infusion should be carried out within 0.5-1 hours of the course of treatment with intravenous administration - no more than 48 hours. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg.

Intermittent infusion: 100-200 mg of ketoprofen is dissolved in 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution and administered within 0.5-1 hours. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg.

Continuous infusion: Dissolve 100-200 mg of ketoprofen in 500 ml of an infusion solution (0.9% sodium chloride solution, Ringer's solution with lactate, glucose) and inject over 8:00. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg.

Children.

Do not use the preparation in children.
